Delivery & Returns

Delivery can be to any address as long the address at which your payment card is registered is also present on your order. All deliveries must be signed for (except items sent by post and which are small enough to be put through your letterbox). Please make sure you keep the receipt enclosed with your goods.

When you add products to your Shopping Basket, the appropriate delivery charge will be added automatically. You will always be able to see this charge before submitting your order.

All delivery timescales are subject to product and delivery slot availability. Small parcels may be delivered via Royal Mail. Delivery is next working day subject to availability. However, delivery may take up to five working days.

The contents of your order and your delivery postcode area will determine which delivery services you will be offered. We do not deliver to Post Office (P.O.) boxes or shipping agent addresses.

Delivery will be between the hours of 7am and 6pm; we are unable to confirm a time.

Uniform-Store-London will select the most appropriate carrier for your goods. This means your delivery may arrive in more than one batch to ensure your order is transported in the best possible way.

Whilst every reasonable effort shall be made to keep to any delivery date, time of delivery shall not be of the essence and Uniform-Store-London shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the customer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date. The risk in the goods shall pass from the company to the customer upon delivery of such goods to the customer.

You will only pay one delivery charge per order, which will be the highest depending on the contents of your order and your chosen delivery service. When you have added items to your shopping basket, the standard delivery charge for those products will be automatically applied to your order.

Force Majeure
Uniform-Store-London shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.

Please let us know of any discrepancy in the product before moving to return and refund. In order to get a refund, the goods must be returned unused, within 14 days of receipt.

The return costs to be paid by the consumer. The product cost will be refunded after the product is received by us. The expenses paid and incurred earlier on your behalf including handling, packing, postage and insurance charges will not be refunded.

Items that have Free Post & Packaging charges, a deduction of 25% will be ducted for post and packaging charged from the amount paid and the balance will be refunded to the original method of payment.

For items which are faulty on receipt, you must notify us within 7 days by e-mail

We will then issue you with a Return’s number for reference and that should be quoted on all future correspondence. Faulty items should be returned to us with 14 days at the buyer’s expense and upon receipt we will either replace or refund for the item subject to confirming that he item is faulty.

14 Day return policy:  Goods must be return in the original condition unused and unaltered.

All correctly supplied goods that buyer want to exchange. The buyer will be responsible for the return postage and packaging and replacement items postage charges at their expense.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Uniform Store London Ltd is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Import Duty: Customs Duties and Taxes
If your order Goods from our site / store for delivery outside the UK, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reached the destination. You (buyer) will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

Cancellation of Orders
